VZ Boiler Overview
The Unilux VZ boiler is a compact, easy to install, high efficiency packaged boiler. All VZ boilers include an easy access swing away front wall that facilitates quick and full access to fireside and burner head areas. Available from 25 BHP to 100 BHP, the VZ offers a highly efficient, easy to maintain design. Unilux’s unique forced draft bent tube design makes the VZ impervious to thermal shock damage and comes standard with a 25 year vessel warranty!
Efficiencies are true to Unilux standards at 85% in a non-condensing mode. The vessel is fully fortified with an 11 gauge steel housing and heavy duty steel base and a fully insulated finished jacket with powder coat surface. Standard equipment includes a natural gas burner in an on-off, low-high-low or fully modulating configuration, solid state boiler level and safety controls and easy to read temperature and pressure gauges.
